Hi- it's me-and putting this here so you know what I am refering to-
just letting you know about your nails so you can repair the damaged cuticles- rub red rosehip oil or olive oil or macadamia oil into the skin that is split and at all nail bases which is where the nail bed is.
Just get one of the 3 oils above. Rosehip is the best for cracking- But Olive oill will do and is anti-fungal. Macadamia smells nutty and nice and is the most like skin sebum. I think you need to give your nails a rest for a week or two- if not a month while you treat the broken skin and get your nails back from dry. That cuticle oil stuff that is sold isn't very good. Olive Oil is great for fungal nail conditions on the hands and feet. I used to make up oils, lotions and creams for medical clinics for lower limb in Sydney- so I hope I know what I am talking about :))))

Be careful or your nail beds will get damaged and the nails will not grow properly.

Happy Christmas
